Welcome to Friskney All Saints Church of England Primary School, our website is intended to provide you with an introduction to life at our school.
As a Church of England primary school within the Diocese of Lincoln, our values are rooted and grounded in the Christian faith. We are very much a ‘team’ at Friskney School; staff, pupils, parents and Governors work closely together to ensure that pupils not only develop their potential but also become responsible and self-motivated members of our community, mature in body, mind and spirit.
In everything we do, we strive for excellence; excellence within a Christian context. High expectations and equally high aspirations from all are key elements of life at our school. We seek to develop a caring Christian community in which we nurture individuals and encourage all to excel.
Serving God and celebrating the uniqueness of each individual are at the heart of our ethos. Through encouraging strong, positive, supportive relationships, we aim to create a genuine balance between the highest academic standards and personal growth, providing everyone with opportunities to ‘do the best they can’ and ‘be the best they can be’.
Our exciting curriculum offers pupils a wide range of academic and practical learning opportunities which meet the learning needs, abilities and interests of each young person.
At Friskney School we endeavour to foster independent and creative thinkers who can reflect on their learning.
We are confident that at Friskney School we provide a rigorous and productive learning environment where young people are both challenged and supported. All pupils have the right to learn and achieve success, free from disruption and uninterrupted by others.
We place great emphasis on all members of our community co-operating with others politely, considerately and honestly, promoting an understanding that rights and responsibility go hand in hand.
