Our Core Values
Our small rural school welcomes and includes everyone as a child of God. We recognise that every person has value and deserves the best we can give. Our education explores old and new horizons, and strives to deliver a rigorous curriculum of excellence so that each person is empowered to realise their gifts to the full. We offer challenge, support and loving commitment so that each person can engage in the world with resilience, hope and wisdom. We have faith in God and faith in each other.

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) is a Multi Academy Trust which was set up by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013 to build a mutually supportive family of academies in Greater Lincolnshire who support each other in providing the very best outcomes for their pupils.

Here at Friskney All Saints C of E Primary School, we have a clear vision that drives all we do: Our small rural school welcomes and includes everyone as a child of God.

The ‘Friskney Five’ school values of love, hope, respect, trust, and kindness are proudly displayed. Pupils know and live out these values. They are good friends to each other. Pupils welcome leadership roles, such as playground leaders. They organise popular games at lunchtime for everyone to enjoy.
Staff are well supported with training through expertise from the trust and other partnership networks.

One of the greatest joys of our school community is seeing just how much learning happens far beyond the four walls of a classroom. This week has been a perfect reminder that education is everywhere in fields, sports halls, and the heart of our local area. Our Y5/6 Badgers had their turn visiting the farm. They completed the important jobs of feeding the animals and also had a great time using their knowledge learnt in class to take part in a forces competition. Meanwhile, our Reception, Y1/2 Hedgehogs and Rabbits represented the school brilliantly at the PE Movement Day hosted at Skegness Grammar School. The children took part in a variety of physical activities designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork. It was wonderful to see them embracing challenges, supporting each other, and celebrating their successes. It was also lovely to see some past pupils, now at SGS, helping with the morning. Not to be outdone, our SENDHub Squirrels have also been out and about this week, exploring the local area. They visited the church and walked up to the bus stop. Across all these experiences, one thing shines through: learning happens everywhere. Our pupils grow not just through lessons, but through moments of exploration, discovery, and shared joy. We are incredibly proud of all the children who took part in this week's activities and grateful to the staff who made these opportunities possible. More than just farming at the farm! Y3/4 Foxes worked in teams using their knowledge of friction to pick the best material to slow their wood block.
