FAQ page

1. How can I apply for a place for my child/children at Friskney All Saints Primary School?

If you are about to move into the area and your child/children are already in education at another school, you may initially make an informal enquiry direct to the school by telephoning 01754 820324 to ask whether the school currently has any vacancies in the year group/s you require.  We would also recommend that you come for a visit to have a look around the school before making a formal application.  All formal applications then need to be made through the Lincolnshire County Council Admissions Team either by telephone on 01522 782030 or by completing an online midyear admissions form at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/schooladmissions.  The school will then be asked to confirm its offer of a place/s.

If you wish to apply for a place in our Reception Class for a child who has not yet started school, Friskney All Saints Primary School admits children in the September of the academic year in which their fifth birthday falls.  All applications for places in Reception will be made in accordance with Lincolnshire County Council's co-ordinated admission arrangements.  Parents resident in Lincolnshire can apply online at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/schooladmissions. Parents resident in other areas must apply through their home local authority.  Friskney All Saints Primary School will use the Lincolnshire County Council's timetable published online for these applications and the relevant Local Authority will make the offers on behalf of the schools as required by the School Admissions Code.  The process normally starts with details being published mid September and applications having to be completed by mid January for the following September.

Should you have any queries regarding either midyear or Reception appolications, please do not hesitate to contact the school office on 01754 820324
